Groupe Pagès offers a corrective maintenance service throughout the lifespan of an establishment, in order to preserve its new condition and improve its sustainability.
Our teams dedicated to this service get occasionally involved, at your request, to carry out a repair or renovation of a targeted element in a space. The operation is limited to a specific area of the establishment (reception room, etc.) or to a particular lot (painting, electricity, plumbing, furniture, etc.).
Intervention may be necessary when a damage happens (water damage, etc.) or due to wear and tear (floor covering, paint, furniture, etc.). The service is carried out outside opening and opening hours so as not to interfere with the establishment activity.
