Client initial brief
Roof is an innovative student residence concept in the Hauts-de-France area as its current development point. The project covers all building lot including carpentry.
Challenges or constraints encountered
Very short timing (9 weeks including cleaning), in the middle of the summer (delivery essential for the start of the school year in September), lots of unforeseen challenges and additional work.
Solution proposed and implemented
Updating all plans according to the existing reality during the first week of construction, significant on-site monitoring and emergency management in order to quickly resolve unforeseen events arisen.
Demolition, plastering, flooring, painting, electricity, plumbing, interior carpentry and kitchen furniture and bedroom.
