Client initial brief
Five Guys entrusted us with the renovation of its 400 m² space spread over two levels, with the aim of creating a restaurant in keeping with the brand’s standards.
Challenges or constraints encountered
Paris was in full swing in July 2024 with the approach of the Olympic Games… We had to rise to the challenge of the constraints imposed by this event, while meeting the deadlines, to enable Five Guys to offer its local and tourist customers an impeccable customer experience during the Games.
Solution proposed and implemented
We were working on a large-scale site :
- Three weeks of demolition work.
- Structural reinforcements.
- Structural work.
- Floor opening.
- Reconstruction.
